  I could never eat a cat. I love them too much. It'd be like eating a baby. And dog would probably taste gross. But ferret I could handle. The only ferret I ever knew liked to run away and make a mess on the stairs.

  I've actually eaten dog before in China (stone pot style), and I think it tasted OK. Weird--obviously--since it's not a familiar taste, and because I was imagining my aunt's pet shih tzu. It had a lot of flavor, and the only qualm I had about it, was that it was sort of tough to chew.
  
  I haven't eaten cat, but my mom has. I should ask her opinion later on.
  
  For the poll, I voted for ferret since no one in my family has eaten one of those yet.

  A cat. Because if a mother wants to gross a child here in Poland sometimes when it doesn't eat its veggies or something, then she comes up with "Chinese kids eat cats" line. In many articles when they mention weird stuff people eat outside the Europe they always mention cats for Chinese people. Just out of the sheer curiosity why do people here are so obsessed with Chinese eating cats (and rats, btw) I would like to go there and try that. You think that the guy with gun would sponsor a little trip to China?

  Cats are more lean, though. Unless you get that fat cat on Shimura Zoo I showed you about a bazillion times. I bet that fat cat would taste like pork.

  As far as I know, I'm only allergic to cat dander...but don't want to take the chance with cat meat.
  And as for ferrets...I try not to eat things that scurry...or something. >.>

  I would choose dog also, not because I like cats more, but for some of the same reasons Koichi has. They do have more meat (depending on the breed) and in some cultures Cats are viewed as sacred beings, so you wouldn't want to eat them. I know this might sound a little stereo-typical, but I know some Koreans that have eaten dog, and they really enjoyed it. So who's up for some stir fried Chow!!!

  Then you said that bit about being Filipino.
  ...then I realized that I am Filipino.
  Then I laughed heartily.
  
  Plus, cats are just too sassy. I'd be afraid of absorbing too much sass and getting in trouble because of it.

  I'd have to say dog. I like cats too much to eat them, and from what I know of ferrets, they seem like they'd be pretty greasy and gross. Also, dogs are more traditional as food.

  Even though I love dogs more then cats.
  Cats and ferrets are just too furry.
  Most Dogs aren't but lots of cats are.
  And if a good percent of cats chock on their own hair.
  I know I would.
  Plus, since cats eat their own hair, then thats twice the hair since the hair is still in their system.

  I think a dog would taste better. Well actually, anything taste great if you prepare it right. But the fact that there is more meat on the dog, so you would only have to eat one. If you choose the cat or ferret and they said something like you have to eat until you are full, then you have to skin another one and keep going. Also a friend of mine told me dog meet is stringy while cat meat is tuff. I personally think if the meat is stringy then it would take less effort to chew it and if it is horrible since it is so stringy i could swallow it faster without tasting it for too long.

  Which - I'm pretty sure - would kill me if not prepared well. And judging by the gun-holding guy (Sorry Koichi xD), they wouldn't be well done.

  i would rather eat a ferret than a cat or dog for one thing cats spit up fur balls and less meat next reason why not the dog well they always eat there own stuff....yeah.....and are cool animals so now u must be askin why the ferret i know it doesn't have alot of meat and stuff for one they are really annoying and don't really get big so you save less time on eating it instead of eating a whole cat or dog and the last reason i guess there is but i can't think of one so in the end i would rather eat the ferret

  well.. if you have ever seen the patriot the guy says "a dog is a fine meal" and im gonna take his word on it seeing as eaten it and (his character not the actual actor whos name I forgot and will remember after I post this) he gets major cool points with me cuase in the movie he kills a bunch of british ppl and helped establish america thats why i voted dog.

  I have to go with one of the least popular and say "Cat"...
  First, I like dogs WAY more than cats. Second, there are far more uses for a dog than a cat...and really that's all there is to it...A dog would help me live longer than a cat if it ever came to that...

  I chose Ferret. I think they're easier to eat than dogs and cats...considering that they are smaller in size. Hmm, ferret sausages...

  Eating either dogs or cats or any other animal is really a bad karma. It's not that hard to be a vegetarian and not be a part of killing the animals. But if u eat somebody u'll be eaten the same way in future. And it doesn't matter whether somebody believes this or not, that's the law of nature. People pls stop eating ur brothers and sisters that simply have another kinda body! They suffer and so will u... :(

  Did you mean eat the whole thing like intestines and alll... I would only eat the part that I eat in other animals... i dunno where steak comes from... but ribs... Thigh area.... if its not eating the whole thing I'd eat a cat...

  I voted dog because I also think they would go good with terryokky (that was spelled so wrong) which is my favorite when i went to alaska last week had some at this amazing chinese (wow wat is that terryoki at a (i spelled it right that time) chinese reastraunt i think it was like a chapanese place , weird. so ok back to the point i would probably also if i didnt eat the dog the ferret just so it would die does that make me a bad person. and im am going to be making a video blog soon so check that out . email me at ethansjames12@yahoo.com not .net , .net is for losers
