    • yeah, that would make sense, since the freezing point of ice gets lower as its salinity rises, therefore it WOULD be colder when you freeze salt water.

    If you like cold and rainy, why not plan you next vacation in a Canadian Spring? :P Anyway, I hope your grandpa does well. 80 is really old in comparison to my family, because everyone lately has been living only to their early 60's. :\

    Have you checked out Oregon weather while you've been gone? You wouldn't be happy here, either, unless you stood under Multnomah Falls.

    It's good to come to terms with Internet addiction. I have the same problem. The first step is admitting you're powerless. I don't know what the other steps are, because I haven't got that far. But I bet I could find all the steps in a single Google search!

    Sorry to hear about gramps, though it sounds like you have that under control with your grandson mind power.
